I. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses are not included in our standard packages. For international productions and sessions outside the original project format in Cancun, travel and meal costs need to be added. For productions outside the state of Quintana Roo, specific details regarding these expenses can be discussed in a prior meeting.
II. What if we want something more especific for styling (a personal dress, jewerly, etc)?
A key part of the experience is your personal style and authenticity. We create beautiful, unique portraits by blending our creative approach with your individual taste. If you have a personal dress, jewelry, or other specific items you'd like to include, that's fantastic! We can incorporate these personal pieces to create a truly one-of-a-kind experience. They will not only enhance the visual appeal but also add a deeper meaning to the final result. We're excited to work with you to make this portrait session a true reflection of you and your style.
III. I want to include extra person into the session, is that okay?
Our packages are designed to provide an intimate experience for one person. However, if you'd like to include an extra person in the session, that's possible, but there will be additional charges to cover the extra production costs. This is because we need to double the resources and planning for the session to ensure that everyone has a seamless experience. If you'd like more information on the additional costs, we're here to help!
IV. How long does it take to recieve the photos after the Session and how will those be delivered?
After the session, it typically takes about 15 days for you to receive the photos. This timeframe allows for you to create a preselection, which helps us ensure that the final product meets your expectations. The quality of the production is our top priority, so we appreciate your patience during this time. I want to make sure each image is thoughtfully edited and presented. Your photos will be delivered digitally, allowing you to access them easily once they're ready. If you have any further questions, i'm happy to assist!
V. Do we need a location for our outside? If yes, can you recommend one?
Regarding the location for your outdoor session, we ask that the client assists in obtaining any necessary permissions if the session takes place at a specific hotel or private property. However, we also have a selection of natural locations for photoshoots that you might find appealing. These locations do have additional costs, but we're confident they can add a unique charm to your experience. If you'd like, we can guide you through our list of recommended locations and help you choose the perfect spot for your session. We're here to ensure your experience is as seamless and beautiful as possible.
